From a young age I have wanted to help, to create change and to enhance other's lives.

After school I went down the road of personal training and nutrition and it was great.  It helped me travel the world and fill a space, while meeting some amazing people along the way! But there were still limitations, something missing. I changed directions and worked with animals for four years. But, I found myself back in the health industry fairly promptly working at Vital Connections, a Chiropractic clinic. I knew I was getting closer and I was in the right direction.

 

Next came the introduction to ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock® Release,

which I initially thought was nuts… Why had this never been done before? Why was this the first time I had ever heard of it?

IT CHANGED MY LIFE!

I could play hockey again after not playing for 10 years. 

I could feel again and it gave me a strength I never knew I had. I experienced first hand the power of ConTact C.A.R.E.  

For the next couple of months I watched Jamie treat clients and saw amazing changes, some I didn’t even believe, though I could see things happening right in front of me.

I was hooked - I got jealous - So off I went to Ngatea, New Zealand to learn the technique myself, and it all rolled on from there.

I started training in May 2016 and in December 2017 I became a fully qualified ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioner. And now in January 2020 I become a Foundation level Instructor.
